Quality Control — Four Pillars of Excellence
We have a series of advanced testing equipment, including optical analyzers, hardness testers, metallographic microscopes, ultrasonic flaw detectors, and strength tensile machines. Through strict testing methods, the chemical composition, hardness, metallography, flaw detection, tensile strength, and other chemical and physical properties of the product are tested.
According to the processing drawings issued by the Ministry of Technology and Wood, carefully check whether the material numbers on the drawings and the roller body are consistent. Carefully examine the content of the drawings, clarify the tolerance dimensions and processing requirements of each shaft segment, and then start strict processing according to the drawings.
Develop corresponding heat treatment curves based on the different organizational and hardness requirements of the rolling mill, strictly control and track the heat treatment processes such as annealing, quenching, and tempering to ensure efficient heat treatment quality is achieved.
Using high-quality raw materials and alloy materials for furnace melting, adjusting the chemical composition strictly according to customer or process requirements, and controlling the pouring temperature of molten iron strictly according to process requirements to obtain satisfactory grain structure.
