Ductile infinitely chilled cast iron has good wear resistance and heat resistance and is suitable for rolling environments under high temperatures and high pressure. The ductile graphite structure of ductile iron can provide a certain degree of toughness, which helps the roll not easily break when under pressure. It has good cooling and hardening properties, can quickly dissipate heat during the rolling process, and maintains the hardness and shape stability of the roll, thereby ensuring the dimensional accuracy of the rolled products. SGIV rolls can withstand the wear of metal blanks under high-speed friction, extending the service life of the rolls. SGIV rollers are suitable for bar rolling mills and can meet the rolling needs of metal bars of different diameters and materials, including ordinary carbon steel, alloy steel, etc. SGIV rolls can improve the production efficiency and product quality of the rolling mill, and reduce downtime during the production process and the frequency of roll replacement, thereby reducing production costs.

Huzhou Zhonghang Roll Co., Ltd. is professional China Ductile Infinite Chilled Hard Cast Iron Rolls IV (SGIV) for Bar Mill suppliers and OEM/ODM Ductile Infinite Chilled Hard Cast Iron Rolls IV (SGIV) for Bar Mill company. The company's predecessor was Cangnan County Roller Factory in Zhejiang Province, which was founded in 1992, and obtained the batch of roll production licenses issued by the former Ministry of Metallurgy in 1996. It is one of the earliest domestic manufacturers of metallurgical rolls.

It was renamed Huzhou Zhonghang Roll Co., Ltd. The company is located in the Hangjiahu Plain, covering an area of 36,500 square meters. It is located across the river from the thousand-year-old town of Tangxi. It is 900m away from the Leidian exit of Shenjiahu Expressway, 300m away from Provincial Highway 304, and 25 kilometers away from Hangzhou.
